As the founding designer at GigaML, I shaped the product experience end to end, with direct impact on enterprise adoption, fundraising, and company valuation. I led the design of a white-label design system across color, typography, and components, enabling faster enterprise onboarding and reducing implementation time by an estimated 30–40%. I also designed the AI chat interface, analytics dashboards, and agent monitoring flows, turning complex call, ticket, and automation data into clear, demo-ready experiences.
These designs became central to sales demos and investor pitches, helping GigaML acquire approximately 15–20 new enterprise clients and drive an estimated $1.8M–$2.5M in new annual recurring revenue.
