At Cue Health, I led the redesign of the company’s consumer and professional healthcare platforms as the business evolved from an enterprise focused model to a direct to consumer experience. The work centered on simplifying how people manage their health at home, from diagnostic testing through consultation and treatment, while ensuring experiences remained trustworthy, accessible, and easy to understand.

I focused on streamlining the end to end journey across the mobile app, website, and healthcare dashboards by introducing a unified design system with ADA compliant colors, typography, icons, and components. This system improved consistency across platforms and significantly accelerated design and development workflows. Using research and data insights, we redefined key user flows to reduce friction and cognitive load, including guided treatment recommendations, earlier account creation, simplified login, and a new product listing experience that relied more on storytelling and trust than complex decision making.

As part of this work, I helped rethink Cue’s core users and purchasing journey, redesigning the brand website homepage to support a clearer and more confident path to purchase. In parallel, I worked closely on B2B and healthcare professional tools, designing intuitive dashboards that simplified complex diagnostic workflows and supported providers operating under constantly changing regulations that varied by state.

Across all of this work, my goal was to bridge advanced healthcare technology with human centered design. The result was a more cohesive platform that improved usability for patients and professionals alike, supported business growth, and positioned Cue Health for its next phase as a modern digital healthcare company.
