Lead product design for Ticketmaster across Sports & Arts platforms and Account Management & Security experiences, supporting millions of users globally across web and mobile.

At the start, I managed and designed the Sports & Arts platform across North America, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and additional markets. I owned the experience for season ticket holders and the B2B platform used by sports and arts clients to manage front-end websites and configure custom purchasing experiences that differed from the music industry. This platform supported 600+ clients, 1,100+ live sites across 7 countries, and over $3.4B in gross transaction value. I helped redesign core experiences such as Virtual Venue to improve seat discovery, purchasing confidence, and clarity around season ticket benefits.

I now oversee Account Management and Security across web and mobile, owning experiences for login, account access, ticket ownership, transfers, resale, queues, and bot prevention. My work focuses on reducing fraud, account takeovers, and automated abuse while keeping flows simple and usable for real fans.

I lead the design of new security systems that use behavior and risk signals to adapt the user experience. This includes identity verification flows using ID capture and selfie validation. Trusted users move through streamlined experiences, while suspected bad actors are placed into restricted flows designed to limit abuse without breaking the platform.

I also integrate AI tools into design and product workflows to speed up research synthesis, explore edge cases, prototype complex flows, and test high-risk experiences before development. I partner closely with product, engineering, data science, security, and legal teams to turn data and constraints into clear, scalable, and secure user experiences.
